Reservations

  • Room Rate is $204 + $30 discounted resort fee per room per night
    for a Double Queen Sofa
  • The above room rates are only available August 9, 10, and 11.
    Any additional dates will be at the resort's standard room rate.

Deposit

An advance deposit equal to the first night's lodging, including applicable taxes and fees, will be charged at the time of reservation.

Method of Payment

Checks

Please mail checks at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Kalahari accepts checks from government offices, districts, schools, and companies only. Personal checks will not be accepted. 

Your confirmation number, as well as your first and last name is required with your payment. Missing this information will delay the processing of your payment and completion of your registration.

Credit Cards

Cards are charged in advance for the full amount of the room and all applicable tax and fees once the card is submitted.

Letter of Authorization (LOA) 

This form is required if a credit/debit card is used to pay for the reservation and the card holder or company/school card will not be present at the hotel.

The completed Letter of Authorization form, along with all supporting documentation, must be received at least 7 days prior to the arrival date to be accepted. 

Taxes

Kalahari room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check out.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 72 hour or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee. 

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
