This program will be delivered ONLINE via Zoom over 5 two-hour sessions. School improvement requires evidence of impact on factors that schools think are important in terms of their school plan. The right data, in the right format, used the right way, empowers everyone with the information then need to make decisions and take actions that lead to improved student outcomes, a requirement they need for school improvement.
The focus of this program is to:
- build knowledge and skills in assessment and data literacy;
- foster confidence to measure what we value, beyond external assessment protocols; and
- enhance school leader capacity to develop and apply assessment strategies that reflect research and enable effective evidence-informed decision making.
