Ready to level up your skills as an Association Representative?
Join association representatives from across the state each month for a virtual training session focused on the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role. Each session will take a deeper dive into a key part of being an effective AR, with practical strategies, scenarios, and ideas you can take back to your local right away.
Whether you’re brand new to the role or a seasoned AR looking to sharpen your skills, this series will help you build confidence, support your members, solve problems, and build union power.

Any participant who attended an AR Bootcamp in the fall of 2026 AND attends 7 of the additional trainings will earn a ¾ zip DSEA branded pullover. (These will be ordered at the conclusion of the additional sessions in May 2027.)
