Conference Registration
Registration for the Second Annual Gameday Franchise Conference confirms your participation in three days focused on leadership, collaboration, and continued growth across the Gameday franchise system. The conference will take place Wednesday – Saturday, May 06 – 09, 2026, in Tulum, Mexico, at the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort.
This gathering brings franchise administrators together to align on priorities, exchange insights, and engage in meaningful conversations that support both individual business growth and the future direction of Gameday. The experience is designed to balance strategic discussion with connection—providing clarity, momentum, and practical takeaways you can apply long after the conference concludes.
Important Registration Reminders: All hotel reservations must be booked through this registration process. Gameday has secured a hotel room block at discounted rates. Third-party bookings are not allowed. Attendance is mandatory - all franchisees will be required to register for the conference. Our annual Franchise Conference is an important part of our system-wide alignment, planning and collaboration.

These events provide dedicated time to connect with fellow franchise administrators while experiencing the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort.
Transportation
Roundtrip ground transportation is included with your registration.
- Transportation to and from Tulum International Airport (TQO) or Cancun International Airport (CUN)
- Coordinated transfers between the airport and the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya
- Transportation logistics managed by the Gameday Events Team

This streamlined approach is designed to simplify planning and ensure a smooth, coordinated experience from arrival through departure.
Travel & Accommodation Costs
Conference registration includes conference programming, hosted events, on-site meals, and roundtrip ground transportation. Please note:
- Airfare is not included and should be booked independently
- Resort accommodations are not included in the registration fee - $341 per night (single-occupancy)
- Room reservations and pricing options will be available directly within the registration process
Booking accommodations through the registration site ensures proper coordination of transportation and conference logistics.
Registration Deadline
The deadline to complete registration is Friday, April 2.
Early registration is encouraged to allow adequate time for travel coordination and planning.
