Join us for an inspiring event designed to support your professional goals! The Annual APT International Conference features more than 90 workshops and offers up to 40 hours of continuing education. This six-day experience provides meaningful learning opportunities for every stage of your career.

The program features a mix of half-day and full six-hour workshops, interactive evening sessions, and small-group discussions designed to encourage meaningful exchange. Headquarters Hotel

The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis serves as the headquarters hotel for the APT Annual Conference and is conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis, just a short walk from some of the city’s best sports, dining, and entertainment. Please note that this hotel has a cash-free environment and only accepts credit cards and debit cards.

Guest Room Rate: $211 plus taxes and fees per night for single/double (includes Wi-Fi in guest rooms).

Reservations: Discounted reservation link will be provided with conference registration confirmation email.

A credit card number is required to hold each guest's stay.
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the arrival date or one night will be charged.
This discounted hotel rate is exclusively available to registered attendees of the APT International Conference. Reservations without a corresponding conference registration are subject to cancellation.
Room availability and special rates are available until September 9, 2026, or until the space is filled. We anticipate the room block will sell out and urge you to make your hotel reservations early.

Parking: The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis offers valet parking with in-and-out privileges.

Valet parking: Overnight rate is $55.00 per vehicle per night and includes in-and-out privileges. Oversize vehicles can be accommodated on a space-available basis in valet for $65.00 per night.
Self-Parking: For guests wishing to self-park, the Loring Parking Ramp is located next to the hotel but is not operated by Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. Overnight rate is $30.00. In-and-out privileges are possible for an additional $7 per night.

Airport

Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) is located approximately 12 miles from the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and offers several convenient ground transportation options. Attendees can use rideshare services such as Uber, Lyft, and other app-based providers, with designated pick-up zones in the Ground Transportation Center. Taxis are also readily available, with one-way fares to the Hyatt Regency typically ranging from $39 to $49.
