The 2026 GADE Annual Conference hotel is the The Talbott, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel located just two blocks from the Loyola University Schreiber Center where all our conference events will be held.

ROOM RATE
A discounted group room rate of $249 plus applicable taxes is available for the period of April 11-April 21, 2026. Hotel rooms must be booked by Monday, March 16, 2025 to receive discount pricing. After this date our room block will be released to the general public and we cannot guarantee lodging in the conference hotel.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
Rooms must be reserved with a major credit card. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival (11:59 PM local time) will forfeit one night's room and tax.

TAX EXEMPTION
In order to receive tax exemption, the university must be EXEMPT in Chicago, IL and the traveler must present their completed tax exemption form upon arrival to the front desk agent.
