Group special: Register three paid attendees from your company with a CONVERGENCE ticket and receive $500 off the fourth along with any additional CONVERGENCE ticket for other colleagues. Contact events@crnusa.org after three people from your company have registered to secure savings for your company’s fourth and beyond.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 14, 2026. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a 10% administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after September 14, 2026. Submit all requests via email to events@crnusa.org. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.

Substitution Policy

Attendee substitutions within the same company are permitted if submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, October 2, 2026. Substitutions are not allowed after this deadline, and requests will be treated as cancellations subject to the cancellation policy.

The original registrant must email events@crnusa.org with the new attendee’s name, company, and email address. Approved substitutions transfer the original registration to the new attendee. Housing reservations must be updated separately.
