Mae’n bleser gennym gyhoeddi, y byddwn yn cynnal  digwyddiad deuddydd  ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe, ar 16eg a’r 17fed of Fedi.  Bydd lluniaeth yn rhad ag am ddim yn ogystal a’r digwyddiad ei hun.

Bydd y diwrnod cyntaf yn cynnwys cyflwyniad i DAFNI, gydag arddangosiad technoleg, wedyn sgyrsiau mellt gan siaradwyr o ardal y gwesteiwyr, a thrafodaethau i archwilio am bosibiliadau i gydweithio. Bydd prifysgolion yn siarad am agweddau o ymchwil seilwaith, egni, dŵr, trafnidiaeth, seiberdiogelwch, gwytnwch, sero net.

‘Rydym wrth ein bodd  i gyhoeddi y bydd Glyn Jones, Prif Swyddog Digidol  Llywodraeth Cymru, yn agor  y diwrnod cyntaf y sioe gydag araith allweddol.

Bydd yr ail ddiwrnod yn weithdy a fydd yn canolbwyntio ar rwystrau a chyfleoedd ym maes rhannu data. Bydd ein cyllidwyr, yr Adran Gwyddoniaeth, Arloesedd a Thechnoleg, yn ymuno â ni.   Canolfan Curadu Digidol bydd yn arwain y gweithdy.

Thomas Crick MBE bydd y siaradwr allweddol yn agor  ail ddiwrnod y digwyddiad.

We are delighted to be hosting a two-day in person event being hosted at Swansea University on 16 & 17 September.

Location: Computational Foundry building, Swansea Uni Bay Campus, SA1 8DD. 

The event is free, lunch and refreshments will be provided. 

Day one – involves a DAFNI introduction and platform demonstration, followed by lightning talks from the host area on their current research, which allows all parties to explore opportunities of how we can collaborate. Universities will speak on aspects of infrastructure research from energy, water, transport, flooding, cyber security resilience, net zero.

We are happy to announce that Glyn Jones, Chief Digital Officer for Welsh Government, will be opening day one of the roadshow event with a keynote talk.

Day two – involves a workshop focusing on the barriers and opportunities to data sharing, our funders Department of Science, Innovation and Technology will be joining us. The Digital Curation Centre is leading and facilitating the workshop. The main language of the roadshow will be English.

Thomas Crick MBE is our keynote speaker and will be opening the second day of the roadshow event.
