Registration Fees

The event registration fee, payable in US Dollars, is all-inclusive and covers:

  • Full access to all conference sessions
  • Daily lunch and refreshments
  • Special evening events
  • Organized transfers from the conference venue (EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel) to evening activities
  • A pre-event agenda builder to customize your conference schedule
  • Pre-event meeting planner to maximize your conference experience by scheduling meetings with fellow delegates in advance
  • Conference networking app, compatible with both iPhone and Android devices
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the conference venue

Important Dates

  • Early Bird fee: By December 15, 2025 - $900
  • Registration: Between December 16 and February 28 - $1,200
  • After March 1: $1,800

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizers at gtpmconference@ifc.org.

An administrative fee of USD 50.00 will be applied to each cancellation.

Substitutions

Substitutions may be made until March 20 by submitting a written request to the organizers at gtpmconference@ifc.org.

Deadlines

  • Cancellations received on or before December 31: Full refund
  • Cancellations received between January 1 and February 15: 50% refund
  • Cancellations received after February 16: Non-refundable
