On behalf of the Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) energy storage program, the Energy Storage Systems Safety and Reliability Forum was held at the Edgewater Hotel in Seattle, Washington on March 28-29, 2018.

Forum participants learned about the current state of energy storage safety and reliability, and helped identify additional R&D efforts to further advance the current DOE roadmap for energy storage.
