Zimmer Biomet Educational Site Visits
Zimmer Biomet Surgeon and Resident Educational Site Visits are available to health care professionals to provide an understanding of the Company’s commitment to innovation, quality products, manufacturing processes, as well as provide educational content on the safe and effective use of Zimmer Biomet products.

Sunshine Act In-Kind Payment Reporting:
Meeting expenses may be reported by Zimmer Biomet to the U.S. government as in-kind payment as required by the Physician Payment Sunshine Act:
- Airfare (actual cost)
- Hotel (actual cost)
- Course Fees (shuttle, actual cost of meals)
Food and beverage provided in conjunction with this course is for meeting attendees only. AdvaMed guidelines prohibit spouses or guests from participating in receptions and/or meal functions.

Vermont Licensed Healthcare Professionals:
If you are licensed in Vermont, a product training agreement is required. Please contact the meeting planner to process the required agreement.

Your withdrawal of consent will apply to future uses of your information but will not affect uses that have already occurred.
Zimmer Biomet works with an external vendor to enhance the educational experience through the use of Mizuho OSI Hana® operating tables. Your name, city, state and email address only will be disclosed to this vendor.
