Hotel Room Block:
For those traveling from out of town, we have a block of rooms set aside at the Renaissance Denver Hotel & Conference Center. You will need to register for the event before gaining access to the room block.
The reservation cut-off date is Wednesday, April 29, 2026.
Seminar Cancellations & Refunds:
There is a 25% cancellation fee if cancellation is received between March 13, 2026 - April 12, 2026. Cancellations for any reason, received after April 12, 2026, will result in a full forfeiture of any funds paid and an obligation to pay for any balance owed. Cancellations must be received in writing by NFSA to be valid. Cancellation due to government-imposed restrictions will result in a 25% of total cost cancellation fee.
