EVENT SCHEDULE

Wednesday - Pre-Conference CRCR Bootcamp
This provider exclusive seminar is available as a stand alone registration or can be included for a reduced fee of $20 if attending the full conference.

Thursday – First day of regular conference. Full day of programming: opening remarks, roundtable discussions, policy outlook, panels, breakout sessions on technology, fraud, and vendor management, and because every great strategy deserves a little fun, we'll put your knowledge to the test during our hosted networking event and trivia challenge.

Friday – Morning sessions highlighting denials management, empathetic leadership, and a state update from the Colorado Hospital Association.

Program Level: Beginner through Intermediate

Prerequisites: This program is appropriate for healthcare revenue cycle and finance professionals with experience and knowledge comparable to Revenue Cycle and Finance Staff, Leaders, and Executives, CFOs, Controllers, Consultants, and other similar positions.

If You Have To Cancel: A refund of the registration fee will be granted if cancellation is received by October 1, 2026. NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be granted if cancellation is received after that date. Substitutions are permitted. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@hfma-co.org.

Provider Travel Scholarships are Available!

This year we will be providing a limited number of provider travel scholarships. This scholarship is dedicated to supporting continuous learning and professional development by covering travel expenses for HFMA conferences. These scholarships are intended to support our provider members currently employed by a healthcare organization that will not provide reimbursement for this event or a current full time student.

Scholarships amounts will be determined based on interest and need. Application must be received by no later than September 20th, 2026 for the Fall Summit.
