no refund (fees remain due).

(first come, first served).

How do I access the attendee list?

Registered participants can view the delegate list directly on the conference website under Attendee List.

When and where is the conference?

The IFA Annual Conference 2026
takes place in Monaco, June 29 - July 1.

For security reasons, the exact venue details are shared only with registered delegates in their confirmation email.

How do I book my hotel, and what are
the rates?

IFA has secured special delegate rates at selected hotels.

Booking links and full details are included in your registration confirmation email.

Can non-members attend?

Yes, under certain conditions. Eligible non-members must apply for approval before registering.

I need a visa invitation letter.
What should I do?

Provide your passport details during online registration to request an official invitation letter from IFA.

What is the dress code?

Conference sessions: Business attire
City tour: casual 
Welcome Reception: cocktail attire 
Networking Reception: smart casual

What meals are included?

Breakfast is included with your hotel booking.
Coffee breaks are provided during the conference.
Evening receptions are included in the program.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes! The IFA Conference App will be available about a month before the event. You’ll receive an email when it’s ready to download.
