The EY FinTech growth programme offers a dynamic blend of interactive workshops and networking events, specifically tailored to address the unique challenges faced by FinTech scale-ups. During the programme events you’ll engage directly with senior EY professionals and gain insights from industry leaders who have successfully navigated the path to growth.

The EY FinTech growth programme offers six engaging events that explore critical topics essential for growth, including fundraising, tax strategies, building high-performing teams, and regulatory compliance. Participants will benefit from insights shared by expert speakers, past speakers include influential figures like Joel Perlman from OakNorth Bank, Anne Boden of Starling Bank and Philip Belamant from Zilch, who provide invaluable experiences and perspectives. Each session is customised to address the specific needs of participating companies, ensuring the delivery of relevant and actionable knowledge.

In addition to these sessions, the programme features EY Coaches —dedicated professionals from EY who offer tailored support and facilitate network expansion for participating companies. These Coaches play a vital role in helping businesses navigate challenges and seize opportunities within the FinTech landscape, enriching the overall programme experience.

Companies' criteria

The programme is aimed at ambitious, scaling FinTech companies in the UK who are looking to scale sustainably. The programme is open to companies representing all subsectors within FinTech and all business models. Our programme is most beneficial for companies in the growth-stage of their journey who are achieving rapid month-on-month growth, gaining traction and want to understand the best practice for successful scaling, whether growth ambitions are an IPO or a M&A.

Cohort 6.0 will take place between the 17th of September and 22nd of October with sessions taking place once a week for six weeks in-person, in London. The time commitment from participating companies is approximately half a day per week for the 6 weeks. 

As this is a pro bono programme, the commitment and active participation of all companies involved is essential. Prior to submitting an application, please ensure that  you, or the designated primary attendee, are available to attend all six sessions and to engage consistently and thoroughly with the programme team throughout its duration, including the onboarding and aftercare phases.
