Why Exhibit or Sponsor? - MAA MathFest 2026

MAA MathFest 2026 is the best opportunity for your company or organization to reach over 1,600 new mathematics and STEM customers in only a few days!

EXHIBITORS will have the chance to meet face-to-face with our attendees during the Opening Reception and Exhibit Hall Open Hours or engage with them via the conference mobile app. Additional engagement opportunities also include participating in our conference attendee favorite event, the Expo Block Party, or purchasing a Coffee Break to draw attendees to your booth! Our discounted rates on multiple booths mean you can increase your presence and draw in more customers as they visit the Exhibit Hall.

Can't join us onsite? Become a SPONSOR! MAA MathFest sponsors have an impressive array of memorable sponsorship options to get your company name/logo seen by hundreds of professors, students, applied mathematicians, math enthusiasts, business colleagues, and potential partners, multiple times a day! From conference gear that will take your company name/logo past the conference center walls, to sponsorship of big ticket items like our Student Lounge or Invited Addresses, you will leave a lasting impression in a short time.

ADVERTISERS have multiple digital or print options to fit every budget, including our high visibility Digital Ad Retargeting Packages! Ads are a great way for Exhibitors and Sponsors to tie into their onsite presence or sponsorship of a specific conference event. They can also extend the attendee experience past the conference by offering limited time discounts, fun raffles, announce upcoming company events, and even post exciting job opportunities!
