Welcome to AFSCME's 47th International Convention Pre-Registration and Housing Reservation Site. While navigating this site you will be asked to:

•Pre-register for the Convention

•Secure your housing for Convention

NOTE: All Convention attendees (delegates, alternates, and guests) MUST pre-register. Convention registration to become a delegate or alternate is a separate process. Please continue on this site to pre-register and/or to secure hotel reservations in the AFSCME hotel block.

In order to represent a Council/Local at the 47th AFSCME International Convention, all Delegates and Alternates must return electronic credentials or paper credential forms to the International Secretary-Treasurer by July 28. More information about that process can be found here.  

Again, returning delegate and alternate credential forms is a separate process and it will not pre-register you or indicate your need for a hotel reservation for Chicago.

Begin by pre-registering for Convention. At the end of the pre-registration process, you will be prompted to book your housing. 

To complete the pre-registration and hotel reservation process, you should have the following information available:

•Your AFSCME Member number - Click here to use the Membership Tool Look-Up. If you are having trouble retrieving your member number, please call Membership Services at (855) 237-2631.

•Your email address – PLEASE NOTE: Each email address is specific to the individual registering and and should not be used to register multiple people.

•Your method of payment for hotel reservations. More information about hotel payments can be found here.
