• The hotel has a step free entrance via the main doors and there are lifts to all floors.
• There are accessible toilets on both the ground floor and the mezzanine level.
• There will be a quiet space available for delegates’ use throughout the conference.
• Assistance dogs are very welcome.
• There is a support team available for delegates throughout the conference.

• All rates include Breakfast.
• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours prior to the arrival date; cancellations after this period will incur a charge of the room rate booked. This fee equals 1 night of your room charge (for the first night of your reservation). If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.
• Reservations are pay on arrival; however, we do ask for card details to guarantee the reservation. This card is only charged following a late cancellation or if a guest does not arrive.
