Please note that sending us a purchase order (PO) does not guarantee a place at the conference. Please ensure that you have completed the registration process for each delegate.

Discounts
- Members of the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN)
- Individual members can access a discount for the named membership holder only. This cannot be transferred to colleagues.
- Organisational members can access a discount for all staff from the named organisation holding the membership.
- Please note that Bild membership and/or Bild ACT certification does not indicate RRN membership.

- Lived experience
We are keen to ensure people with lived experience can join us at the conference and are pleased to offer a discounted rate for people with lived experience and family carers. The members rates are available to Restraint Reduction Network members.
- Early-bird
- Early bird discount is available to RRN members until 17 July 2026. Find out about the benefits of becoming an RRN Member on the following link: https://restraintreductionnetwork.org/membership/.
- Group discount
- A group discount of 15% is available for 6+ attendees and they all must have the exact same admission item to qualify. This discount is applied automatically at the payment stage.
- Associate/tutor discount
- Associates/tutors will have been sent an exclusive link to access their discount. Please contact learning@bild.org.uk if you are a Bild/RRN associate or Bild/RRN tutor and have not received your link.
- Learner discount
- Learners will have been sent an exclusive link to access their discount. They will also find information on their learning management system. Please contact qualifications@bild.org.uk if you are a Bild/RRN learner and have not received this link.
- Certified organisation discount
- A discount is available for organisations certified by the Association of Certified Training against the Restraint Reduction Network training standards. If you would like to access the discounted rate for certified organisations, please contact certifications@bildact.org.uk directly.
Cancellations
All cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to conferences@bild.org.uk - we will not accept a telephone cancellation. Failure to do so will result in implementation of the appropriate cancellation policy, please refer to the event for details of this cancellation policy.
