Payment

If you choose to pay via invoice, you must ensure that you have provided a valid purchase order number and that payment is sent via bank transfer by 27 October 2026. If payment is not received by this date, your booking may be cancelled. If you are concerned about making payment in time, we suggest you pay by card instead.

Refund policy

Bookings cancelled on or before 6 October 2026 will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled after 6 October 2026 but on or before 27 October 2026 will receive a 50% refund. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made after 27 October 2026. 

If you are no longer able to attend and would like a colleague to take your place, you can transfer the registration free of charge. Please contact us at conferences@bild.org.uk with the name, email address, and any special requirements for the colleague taking your place.

All cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to conferences@bild.org.uk - we will not accept a telephone cancellation. Failure to do so will result in implementation of the appropriate cancellation policy, please refer to the event for details of this cancellation policy.
