We are pleased to welcome you to the registration site for the 2026 Opportunity & Inclusion Retreat.

This year's theme, Creating opportunity together: Building connection. Expanding relationships. Strengthening Winston Taylor’s future, reflects our belief that meaningful relationships create opportunities, for our people, our clients, and our firm.

Throughout the retreat, participants will build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, develop practical leadership skills, and explore strategies for creating opportunity for themselves and others. The retreat also provides dedicated time for our affinity groups to meet in person, strengthen their communities, and advance their strategic priorities for the coming year.

The 2026 Opportunity & Inclusion Retreat officially begins with the Welcome Reception at 6:30 p.m. CT on Thursday, October 22, and concludes at 10:00 a.m. CT on Sunday, October 25.

Please plan your travel so that you arrive at the JW Marriott before the Welcome Reception at 6:30 p.m. CT on Thursday and depart no earlier than noon CT on Sunday following the conclusion of the retreat.
