This next innovation competition builds on the success and momentum of previous cycles — and reaffirms Wells Fargo’s bold commitment to advancing scalable, catalytic housing solutions.

The Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge offers five $2 million grants to support proven, ready-to-scale housing innovations across one of three focus areas: Design and Construction, Finance, and Service Delivery and Programs.

Competitive proposals will demonstrate community impact with measurable outcomes, present a clear model for replication or expansion, and outline a pathway that increases economic mobility for individuals, families, and communities.
