
We will be engaging in a hands-on learning journey where Amici Cannis Hospital, located in Cotacachi, Ecuador, will be serving as the host institution and providing access to its experienced training team, clinical facilities and educational spaces.
Over five days, you will earn 40 hours of Continuing Education (CE) credit while performing up to 40 supervised spay and neuter surgeries. In addition to extensive surgical training, participants will gain exposure to a variety of clinical cases in emergency medicine, dentistry, and trauma care, providing a well-rounded and immersive learning experience.

Logistics
40 CE credits available.
Monday through Friday, 8am-5:30pm. The weekends, when not traveling, will be dedicated rest days of the program. Lodging, meals, and program are covered by VPP. Travel to and from Ecuador will be coordinated in our new registration platform (when registering on this site). A travel agent will be in contact with you to book your flights.
