Raj Sahas will be giving a special talk on "From AI in the Wild to ISO/IEC 42001: A Practical Gap Analysis Approach"
Overview
Many organizations are already using artificial intelligence through internal development, embedded vendor solutions, and “shadow AI” initiatives—often without a unified governance or risk framework. With the introduction of ISO/IEC 42001, organizations now have a formal management system standard for AI, but many struggle to understand where they stand and how to begin.
This session presents a practical, audit-friendly approach to performing a gap analysis against ISO/IEC 42001 in organizations that are already using AI. The focus is on identifying existing practices, assessing gaps across governance, risk management, and controls, and translating findings into a prioritized and actionable improvement roadmap.
