Forest Bathing Class with Mark Bucha, ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide
Saturday
August 22, 2026
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Coyote Run Nature Preserve
Experience the forest in the warmth of August, when the trees are full, the sounds of summer surround you, and the woods invite you to slow down. Through guided sensory activities, meditation, and quiet reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to notice the sights, sounds, scents, and textures of the season in a deeper way.
Join us to experience this season in Pickerington, Ohio.
Rather than “doing,” forest bathing is about “being.” The experience creates space to disconnect from daily stressors, cultivate mindfulness, and deepen your connection with nature. The class moves slowly, includes periods of quiet reflection, and encourages curiosity, relaxation, and observation.
Whether you are an experienced hiker or someone who simply enjoys spending time outdoors, forest bathing offers a unique opportunity to pause, engage your senses, and experience nature in a more intentional and restorative way.
