Event Overview

The meetings and events industry continues to face evolving challenges, including budget constraints, rising supplier costs, contract complexities, shifting stakeholder expectations, and increasing pressure to deliver impactful experiences with limited resources. This interactive education program brings together planners and suppliers for structured peer-to-peer discussions focused on the most pressing issues affecting event professionals today.

Participants will rotate through facilitated roundtable conversations covering topics such as food and beverage costs, A/V expenses, and hotel partnerships. Through collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing, attendees will examine current industry realities, explore creative approaches being implemented across organizations, and identify practical solutions that can be applied to future events.
