• The cost for this seminar is $650 USD.
  • Capacity is limited to 12 individuals per seminar.
  • There will be time spent on the R&D floor during the class, so shorts and/or open-toed shoes are NOT acceptable attire.

This course is a four (4) day program designed for the newer service technician, giving them a good foundation of our product line, the basics of thermodynamics, product detail, basic electrical, accessories and their function, basic burner setup, troubleshooting, and system considerations. Includes R&D shop floor Q&A along with hands-on breakout groups.

We continue to follow current CDC guidelines for mask wearing and social distancing. At present, masks are required when social distancing is not feasible, regardless of vaccination status. This would include entry to the building, going to the restroom, retrieving meal or drink items and participation in break-out sessions. As guidelines change the policy will be updated. For the foreseeable future, plan on wearing a mask.

We will be in contact with each registered attendee to keep them updated on current policy and course status. Please do not make travel arrangements prior to two weeks before the event date.
