Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing:

• Cancellation more than 7 working days before the event date: 100% refund of the fees;
• Cancellation between 7 and 3 working days before the event date: 50% refund of the fees;
• Cancellation 2 working days or less before the event date: no refund.
