Zimmer Biomet Surgeon and Resident Educational Site Visits are available to health care professionals to provide an understanding of the Company’s commitment to innovation, quality products, manufacturing processes, as well as provide educational content on the safe and effective use of Zimmer Biomet products.
Travel Information for U.S. Health Care Professionals (U.S. only):
Please contact Acendas Travel at 855.217.9277 to arrange your flights (Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm central time). Refer to meeting number: 86934. Zimmer Biomet will not reimburse for any Airline tickets booked outside of Acendas Travel.

TRAVEL GUIDELINES:
- Zimmer Biomet will not reimburse for airline tickets booked outside of BCD Travel
- All Health Care Professionals should book air travel no later than 14 days in advance of this scheduled event
- Hotel requests must be made during online course registration to guarantee the reservation
- Zimmer Biomet will not reimburse hotel expenses if you stay outside the Zimmer Biomet contracted hotel

Your enrollment confirms that you will be present at the educational course for the full duration of the event. Should you arrive at the meeting location and not be present for the entire course, you may be responsible, at a minimum, to pay for your hotel accommodations and other related charges.
Sunshine Act In-Kind Payment Reporting
Meeting expenses may be reported by Zimmer Biomet to the U.S. government as in-kind payment as required by the Physician Payment Sunshine Act:
Food and beverage provided in conjunction with this course is for meeting attendees only. AdvaMed guidelines prohibit spouses or guests from participating in receptions and/or meal functions.
