Creating Connections to Shining Stars is a collaborative effort between Virginia's Part C, Early Intervention and Part B, Preschool Special Education programs. The Conference will focus on promoting and supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices in inclusive settings for infant, toddler, and young children, both with and with out disabilities.

This year will be an in-person ONLY event!

You have the option to choose to attend the full 3-day in-person conference that includes the preconference from July 14-16, 2026, or you can choose to attend in-person for 2 full days of training on July 15-16, 2026.
