Sep. 22: Steering Committee Meeting (closed meeting)

Sep. 23: Enterprise Committee (EC) & Group Meetings

• EC Plenary: Open to all attendees. Attendance counts toward hub limit if also attending the general sessions on September 24-25.
• Individual EC Meetings: Attendance is open to Enterprise Committee members and their invited participants. Attendance counts toward hub limit if also attending the general sessions on September 24-25.
• Hub Administrators: Attendance is limited to Hub Administrators and NCATS representatives. This meeting includes non-CCOS/NCATS sponsored food & beverage. The Hub Administrators representative will verify registration and send information regarding costs and payment. • Trial Innovation Network (TIN): Registration for this meeting is managed outside of CCOS and requires Individuals attending this meeting only and not the general sessions on September 24-25 do not count toward hub limit.

Sep. 24-25: Plenary Sessions and U PI Meeting

• General Session: Attendance counts toward 9-person hub limit. Invited general session speakers do not count toward 9-person hub limit.
• Poster Session: Poster presenters do not count toward 9-person hub limit and are expected to be present during the poster session.
• U PI Meeting: Attendance is limited to NCATS representatives and the U PI named in the grant award. Registration is subject to NCATS verification and counts toward the 9-person hub limit.
