The CMC-North Conference brings together mathematics educators and administrators at all levels. Our annual conference this year will be held in person, December 4th-6th, in the beautiful city of Pacific Grove at the Asilomar Conference Grounds. The conference provides workshops and sessions with professional development opportunities for all levels.
Commercial exhibits and displays are located in Merrill Hall on the Asilomar Conference Grounds. If your company sells educational and/or school-related materials or provides a service to educators, we would love to partner with you!
We encourage companies to sponsor conference participant lanyards and bags, and to help run games at our Saturday evening Games Night. Contact our Exhibitor Team below, if interested.
**Every sponsorship includes a table at our Saturday Night Game Night event. This highly anticipated conference activity provides a fun and engaging way to connect with attendees outside of traditional exhibit hours. We encourage sponsors to start planning interactive games, challenges, demonstrations, or activities that will draw participants to your table and create memorable connections with educators.
Exhibitors - General Information
The Exhibit Hall will be located in Merrill Hall at the Asilomar Conference grounds in Pacific Grove. A detailed map will be made available once booth placements are being determined.
Each booth space costs $500 per table with a maximum of 3 tables. There is an additional cost of $125 if you desire electricity at your booth.
- A one-table booth space is about 6 feet by 6 feet and includes a 6' by 2.5' unfitted table with two chairs.
- Two complimentary Booth Staff badges and two bag lunches are included.
- Exhibitors will have access to a high-speed WiFi connection.
Booth Selection will be based on the number of booths reserved and the date the booth reservation is made. Thus, the earlier you submit your online form, the earlier you can select your floor position.

- Friday, December 4th, 3:30pm - 7:15pm
- Saturday, December 5th, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Friday, December 4th
- 11:30am: Sponsor Unloading/Set Up
- 1:30pm: Non-sponsor exhibitors Unloading/Set Up
Saturday, December 5th
- 7:00am: Exhibitor Set Up
- 4:00pm: Take Down Booths
Decorator: Tricord will be our show decorator for the 2026 Conference season.
Cancellation Policy
If we have learned anything in the last few years, we know unforeseen circumstances can come up. For this, we offer the following process for cancellation and refunding of booth fees.
Cancellation and refund requests for booths must be received in writing via email to north.exhibits@cmcmath.org no later than September 30th, 2026 for a full refund of booth fees. A partial refund will be given if notice is received by October 31.
NO REFUND OF BOOTH FEES WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER OCTOBER 31, 2026.
