Where is the Conference held?
The 2027 R&R Conference will be held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel in Nashville, TN.
Are hotel accommodations included in registration fees?
Hotel accommodations and travel expenses are not included in the registration fee. We do have a discounted room rate with the Renaissance if you reserve your room(s) in our rooming block here. You will be asked if you would like to book a room after you complete the Conference registration.
How much is Registration?

Who attends this Conference?
Our attendees are professionals from trucking and transportation companies nationwide—CFOs, VPs of Recruiting and Retention, VPs and Directors of Safety, Directors of Recruiting, Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, and Marketing Directors.
Are the meals included?
Yes, we offer small plate food on Wednesday night. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided on Thursday. Breakfast is also provideed on Friday for all registered attendees and sponsors. Please check agenda for times.
How much is parking?
The Renaissance offers a $69/daily valet rate. For self-parking, you can use nearby commercial facilities such as the McKendree Garage (140 6th Ave. N) or the 5th and Broadway Office Garage (501 Commerce St.), with daily rates generally varying depending on exact duration and event schedules.
Is there a dress code?
While we suggest casual or business casual attire as appropriate for the event, please feel free to dress as you feel most comfortable. And don’t forget to pack your favorite band tee for Thursday’s after-party!
What are the conference credentials?
Your name badge is your "ticket" into all conference activities (sessions, exhibitions, and after party). Badges must be worn at all times.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations received by December 1 will receive a full refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received between December 2 and February 10 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after February 10, which is two weeks before the event.
If I'm unable to attend the conference, can someone substitute for me?
Yes, registrations may be transferred to another employee in your company. Please contact Gina Edmonson (gedmonson@conversionia.com).
