Airport Hotel & Parking Options

Start your vacation stress-free by staying at an airport hotel the night before your departure. Most hotels offer Park, Stay & Fly packages, allowing you to leave your vehicle at the hotel while you're away. Complimentary shuttle service will take you to the airport before your flight and pick you up upon your return.

These packages typically start at approximately $200 per night, including parking for the duration of your trip. In the past, our travelers have enjoyed staying at the Marriott, Hilton, and Crowne Plaza. Click on each hotel below for more information and to book directly.

If you prefer, you may also park directly at the airport. Airport parking is available in a variety of lots, with rates varying based on the parking option you choose.

Deposit & Payments

Deposit of $300.00 per person is required at time of making your reservation. Final payment is due on or before November 10, 2026. Once paid, all monies are non‐refundable unless the package can be resold at full price. In such case, a full refund, minus a $200.00 per person administration fee will be given. No exceptions. Cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

Optional travel insurance payment is due at the time of booking.
