Hotel Check In

Check in at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs is 4:00pm. Early check in is not guaranteed, but was requested for those arriving earlier in the day.

Upon arrival, you will need to check in with the front desk to pick up your room key and provide a credit card for incidental charges.

If you have any questions or changes regarding your check in/check out dates, please reach out to Autumn Davis ASAP to resolve those concerns.

If you are pre or post extending, please plan to arrive onsite with a check written out to Homesteaders to cover the cost of your room charges. Our rate of $289/night will be offered based on hotel availability 3 days prior and 3 days following our meeting.

The Homesteaders Hospitality Desk will be open the following hours:

• Saturday January 16 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm
• Sunday January 17 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm

If you arrive outside of those hours on Saturday, please stop by on Sunday to pick up your welcome packet. If you arrive outside of those hours on Sunday, please see Autumn Davis to pick up your welcome packet upon arrival. Call or text 515-979-7444.

Parking

Homesteaders will pay for parking for those employees who drive their company vehicle to the meeting. The Hilton offers self-parking for $38 per day. If you opt to rent a vehicle, parking will be at your own expense.
