Registration fees are fully refundable, less a $15 administrative processing fee, through October 28, 2026.

After October 28, registration fees are nonrefundable, as commitments to venues, meals and other event expenses will have been finalized. If a registered participant is unable to attend, their registration fee will be used to help offset the costs of the conference.
