We are excited to announce we will be offering hand-held scanners for you to capture, track, and follow up with the summit attendees who visit your sponsor tables.

• Each sponsor booth/table will have access to one scanner for the upcoming summit.  The scanner will be programmed to capture information using the bar codes already in use on attendees’ badges that you can use for post-conference follow-up from your firm’s marketing and sales teams.
• The data will reside on the scanner, so if the scanner is lost or broken before uploading information at the end of the conference, that data will be lost.  Lanyards will be available for easier handling, if desired.
• At the end of the conference, bring your scanner to the registration desk for uploading to the Barron’s database.  One designated person from your firm will receive an Excel spreadsheet data file within 2 business days after the conference completes.  This will be in addition to other attendee reports you receive.
• There will be a nominal additional cost of $750 to rent a scanner during the conference (one scanner will be available per company).
