What: Purdue Farm Business Short Course

Why: Today's farm businesses face increasing complexity, tighter margins, rapid technological change and greater uncertainty than ever before. The Purdue Farm Business Short Course is designed to help farm leaders strengthen the business side of their operation through practical frameworks and proven approaches to strategic planning, financial resilience, leadership and decision-making.

During this immersive five-day experience, participants will work alongside Purdue faculty and farm leaders to evaluate opportunities, address challenges and develop actionable plans for the future of their farm business. Farms are encouraged to send multiple members of their leadership team to maximize learning and implementation.
