Performance Management/Coaching Certificate
Modern performance management is a direct reflection of leadership behavior. This high-impact certificate helps individuals and managers move beyond a task oriented or transactional mindset and develop the coaching, feedback, and accountability skills needed to lead peers and direct reports well. By combining self-awareness, systems thinking, and coaching frameworks, participants learn to move beyond the “advice trap” and build the leadership habits that drive sustainable performance.
Through practical tools, live simulations, and the neuroscience of feedback, you will strengthen your ability to navigate difficult conversations, identify performance challenges early, and create cultures rooted in psychological safety, accountability, and employee ownership. Leaders will leave with actionable strategies to improve team performance and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
