Thank you for your interest in the American Pre-Veterinary Medical Association (APVMA)! 

APVMA membership is open to any student interested in Pre-Veterinary Medicine currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in North America. Membership in APVMA includes access to exclusive newsletters, webinars, the APVMA Symposium, and much more including- a community of members who have a shared interest in veterinary medicine.  Membership dues are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership is valid for the 2026-2027 academic year. 

If you are planning to attend the 2027 APVMA Symposium at Iowa State University from March 26th to 27th, you must FIRST register yourself or your club for APVMA membership using this form. Symposium registration will open separately for APVMA members in the coming months.

Please note, this registration form will close in February 2027.

You may register for membership as either an individual or a club. 

If you are registering as a club, you must use the APVMA Roster Template to submit your club roster with all member names and emails available in an Excel format. If your roster is not already in one of these formats, follow these directions to download it for this form. When submitting your club roster, please name your file using the following format: SchoolName_APVMA_26-27(for example, UnivofArkansas_APVMA_26-27).

Clubs will also need to elect a delegate and two alternates for the Delegate Program and review the Delegate Program Document which provides more details. Note that "Individual Members" will be by default be their own "Delegate."

  • Small Club (1-25 active members) - $25
  • Medium Club (26-50 active members) - $50
  • Large Clubs (51-75 active members) - $75
  • Extra Large Club (76+ active members) - $100
