His new book, "Human OS: The Critical Update," comes out this year and centers on the priority to reset our 'operating systems' to be resilient and ready for the profound changes occurring in our schools and our world.

Kim Strobel is a former school leader, speaker, and author who brings an empowering message to educators, helping them reclaim joy, overcome burnout, and create lives filled with purpose and well-being despite stress and overload. Her message cultivates happiness in a way that can change the way we show up every day in both our work and personal lives.  Her book, Teach Happy: Small Steps to Big Joy, is used in districts across the country to help teachers and leaders prioritize their well-being to have what it takes to show up for our school communities.
