In this interactive, hands-on workshop led by Holly Zoba, attendees will learn how to apply AI to the real work of hotel sales, marketing, and revenue. Participants will build practical tools they can begin using immediately to support account planning, prospecting, market research, content creation, and sales preparation.

This is a hands-on workshop. Attendees must bring a laptop and be ready to build.

This session isn't about replacing hotel commercial teams with AI. It's about replacing the repetitive tasks that keep professionals from doing their best work. Attendees will leave with practical prompts, templates, and their own custom AI assistant that can immediately support stronger commercial performance.

Learning Outcomes

• Understand the fundamentals of Generative AI and where it can (and cannot) support hotel commercial teams.

• Write prompts using a simple, repeatable framework that consistently produces better results.

• Research markets, companies, and meeting planners in minutes instead of hours.

• Create Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.

• Prepare for sales calls with AI-generated account research, talking points, and discovery questions.

• Draft personalized prospecting emails, follow-up messages, and voicemail scripts.

• Generate professional-quality marketing content and images.
