The GAWDA rate at the Omni Hotel is no longer available and may reach full capacity soon. As an alternative the Marriott is a 6-minute walk and 2-minute drive from the Omni and has availability.

Hotel Booking Policy: We kindly ask members to avoid booking multiple rooms under one name, as this ties up availability and limits options for other attendees. To ensure fair access, we recommend allocating one room per registered full delegate. Additionally, dropping rooms at the last minute poses a risk to GAWDA as we have a contractual obligations with the hotel. Your cooperation helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone and avoids potential penalties for the organization.
Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policies - Thank you for your continued support! Please take a moment to review the terms and conditions for this event. To help us meet our contractual financial obligations, GAWDA has established specific dates for registration and hotel cancellations. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting GAWDA and ensuring the success of this event.
o Hotel Cancellation – Please cancel your hotel reservations by Friday, April 10, 2026. Cancellations after this date will incur a charge of 100% of one night's room rate, taxes, and fees. All no-shows will also be charged 100% of one night's room rate, taxes, and fees. These charges will be made to the credit card provided during booking.
o SMC Registration Cancellation – Please refer to the event fees page for complete cancellation/refund policies. Cancellations made after Friday, March 13, 2026 will not be refunded, except in cases of medical emergencies
