Contact Booth Program

The Contact Booth Program will be held on Monday, May 18th, from 1:30-5:30pm at the OKC Convention Center, directly next to the hotel.

Booth/Tabletop Set Up (Times Are Subject to Change):

  • Sunday, May 17th - 1:00- 4:00pm
  • Monday, May 18th - 7:00am - 1:30pm

Booth/Tabletop Take Down:

  • Monday, May 18th - Immediately following the Contact Booth Program
  • Booths may not be taken down before the event floor has closed.

Monday, May 18th -- The Contact Booth Program opens immediately after lunch at 1:30pm. 

  * All Exhibitors will have access to GAWDA-Sponsored Wifi.

10’ x 10’ BOOTHS

  • $2,095.00

Booths will be set with 8' high blue backwall drape behind, 3' high side drape, a 6' skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and GAWDA-Sponsored Wi-Fi and Standard Booth Identification Signage

 

6’ x 2’   TABLETOPS

  •  $1,890.00

Tabletops come with a 6' skirted table, two chairs, a wastebasket, GAWDA-Sponsored Wi-Fi and Standard Identification Signage.

10’ x 20’ BOOTHS

  • $3,195.00

Booths will be set with 8' high blue drape behind, 3' high side drape, two-6' skirted table, four chairs, a wastebasket, GAWDA-Sponsored Wi-Fi and Standard Booth Identification Signage

 

 

  • When registering please select either a Supplier with a 10x10 Contact Booth, a Supplier with a 6x2 Tabletop, or a Supplier with a 10x20 Contact Booth.
  • GAWDA will make every effort to accommodate the needs of members who apply but reserves the right to assign booth locations.
  • Booths are assigned as paid applications are received.  Floorplan is subject to Fire Marshal Approval.

          Please note: Booths will not be assigned until full payment is received. 
Payment must be received within 14 days.
