When arranging your travel, be sure to book your flight and hotel room so you’ve arrived in time for the official conference kick off at 4p.m., Sunday, July 26.

The AHA is offering special meeting discounts for all attendees of the AHRMM26 Annual Conference in San Antonio, TX over the dates of July 26-29, 2026. Eligible Travelers can earn Rapid Rewards bonus points to use for reward flights.

Hotel Information

  • Hotel Rate: $249 Single/Double plus 16.75% occupancy tax, 1.25% TPID and $2.54 SCRF.
  • Government Rates: Government Rates are available for the conference. Information is included with your Conference registration confirmation.
