AHRMM26 Cancelation Policies

Registrants unable to attend the conference in-person may submit a cancellation request. Notice of cancellation should be emailed to ahrmm@aha.org. 

• AHRMM can’t be held liable for nonrefundable airline tickets, hotel, or other costs. 70% of your registration fees are refundable if written notice is received by 5:00 P.M. Central on July 10, 2026. No-shows are non-refundable. Any refunds due will be issued once the Conference ends. After July 10, 2026, all fees/credits toward the Conference are forfeited. Please allow 6-8 weeks for all refunds to be completed.   
• Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If the substitute is not an AHRMM member or is a different member type, the registration cost differential must be paid in advance.  
• Payment to join or renew AHRMM membership is not refundable. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment (credit card or check) as the original transaction.   
• Travel Cancellations: AHRMM cannot be held liable for non-refundable airline tickets or hotel room deposits. AHRMM suggests that you do not purchase restricted or non-refundable tickets for travel to the annual meeting. AHRMM assumes no liability for penalties or fare increases should the AHRMM26 Annual Conference sell out or in the unlikely event that changes to the AHRMM26 Annual Conference dates and location become necessary. Hotel reservations, cancellations and charges are the attendee’s responsibility.
