In this workshop Mr. Michael Carter Jr. of Carter Farm of Unionville, Va. what are best practices for growing ethnic vegetables in high tunnels.  Ethnic vegetable production is a profitable niche market.  Mr. Carter will demonstrate at his farm the methods of planting and the most valuable crops to plant.  He will also discuss soil preparation, seed selection, planting and spacing.
