The Mid-Quadrennial Training is designed to equip members of Boards of Ordained Ministry and Annual Conference leaders with practical tools, updated guidance, and shared learning to enhance clergy recruitment, formation, evaluation, and support across annual conferences.
This year’s training places a special emphasis on clergy well-being and resilience, responding to feedback from conference leaders that sustaining healthy clergy leadership is a critical need in the current life of the church. Through interactive learning, case studies, and peer conversations, participants will explore best practices that can be adapted to their local contexts.
Key benefits include:
- Practical strategies to support clergy well-being and resilience
- Shared best practices from across annual conferences
- Resources to strengthen BOM processes and leadership development
- Opportunities for peer learning and collaboration
Participants will leave with ready-to-use tools, frameworks, and resources to bring back to their Boards and annual conferences.
