Our registration includes access to pre-conference workshops, all sessions, lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference materials.

You may purchase a Conference Dinner ticket (Wednesday, 16 September) for an additional €40 (€45 after 17 May).

Registration fees are VAT exempt. Conference dinner cost includes VAT.

Cancellations and Refunds

We realise plans can change, so here is our policy.

Registrations cancelled by 17 July 2025 are eligible for a full refund.

We do not issue refunds after 17 July. You can transfer your registration to another person at any time by contacting LearningImpactEU26@auth.gr.

Event Terms and Conditions

Please review 1EdTech's Event Terms and Conditions before finalizing your registration.

We may take photographs and record videos at the event. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the organisers on the day.

How to Register

The Registration Form will take you to the registration site managed by Aristotle University Research Committee.

Credit card payments are made via Piraeus Bank's ePayment system.

If your browser does not automatically translate text in Greek and you require assistance, please let us know.

Your details will be handled securely and in compliance with GDPR.
