Rulon Stacey, PhD, FACHE, serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Gillette Children’s and is a former Top 100 health system CEO. He previously led University of Colorado Hospital and Fairview Health Services and has served as Chair of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and as a member of the Baldrige Board of Examiners. He has also held senior leadership roles within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including service as a mission president. He brings a combined practitioner and research perspective on health system governance, with a focus on system-scale performance and board effectiveness.
